offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are
professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.
On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During
August or December, delivery time may take longer.
Return
Refunds are processed at the campus store. No refunds are processed on line. Refunds on books will be made if a class is canceled, a class is dropped, or a college error is involved in scheduling. A receipt is required. Books must be returned during the refund time period for a 100% refund and must be in its original condition. If the book has been marked in, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds on books in which the pass/access code has been opened. Book refunds, issued to students on the deferred payment plan, will be applied to the unpaid balance.
