REFUNDS
Refunds on books will be made during the refund time period. CALL students – refunds are allowed the first two days after CALL classes begin. A receipt is required. Refunds are processed at the campus bookstore. No refunds are processed on line. Book refunds, issued to students on the deferred payment plan, will be applied to the unpaid balance

Textbook Buyback
Buyback is only at the campus bookstore. Buyback is at the end of each semester during final exam week. Get cash back for your textbooks at Bossier Parish Community College Bookstore and help make more used books available to students. The bookstore buys back selected textbooks. The student is paid one-half of the purchase price. The bookstore reserves the right to determine quantities and titles of new and used books purchased. Books must be in good condition. Spring buyback: May 5 - May 12 Summer buyback: July 21 - July 25.
